About the event

If you ever wondered about this internal Chinese martial art, also called meditation in movement, I'll guide you into the flow of this practice.

Benefits of Tai Chi include:

- a better body balance

- improving flexibility

- reinforcing the coordination between the different parts of the body.

During this 5 week Introduction to Tai Chi cycle, you will learn the basic principles and practice the main movements.
